Corridors of the Atlantis Hotel in Dubai

Staying in the Atlantis hotel won't bore you. There are plenty of things to do! Lots of shops and of course, there's the big aquarium called the Ambassador Lagoon. It's this huge window where you can take a peek at 250 sea creatures. Sharks, eels, sting rays, and a huge array of fish can be seen swimming around amidst the ruins decor. It's really a sight to behold. So for your Dubai holidays, don't forget to include the Ambassador Lagoon in your things-to-see list. Oh and by the way, the admission is free!

Desert Safari Tour for your Dubai Holidays

Oh wow, riding the 4WD desert safari vehicle was something! Is it safe? Yes! Just make sure you have your seat belt safety fastened around you. During our tour, there were kids on board and they were really having a good time, watching the sand wash our truck.

We departed from the Atlantis Hotel at Jumeirah Beach Dubai in the afternoon. Our pickup was at around 4PM. It took us an hour to reach the dunes. When we hit sand, our driver told us to secure our seatbelts. We took a couple of stops to make sure that the 4WD was all good.

The Arabian desert is desert is beautiful gold in the afternoon. With the sunset coming in, it was a great ride. Okay, so you just get a bit dizzy during the first run. But I'd recommend it and I'd do it all over again! So yes, pencil in the desert safari tour for your Dubai Holidays!

Glass Sculpture at the Atlantis

A stay at the Atlantis in Dubai is really recommended to spend on your Dubai holidays. It's the main attraction at the Jumeirah Beach in Dubai. It's a wonder, really because the island is man-made. When you first enter the lobby, you are greeted by a grand glass sculpture by artist Dale Chihuly. It took two years to make - 3,000 pieces of colorful glass with beautiful orange and blue hues, reflecting on the pool's waters that surrounds it. After some talk with some courteous Altantis greeters, the installation's worth is 1.5M USD! Now that's grand!
